How to Store Coffee Cookies Store cookies in an airtight container and keep at room temperature for 4-5 days. Cookies can be kept frozen in a sealed container for 2 months. Reheat frozen cookies in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes or until warm. Cookie Specifications Each cookie is 4 ounces (100g). Caffeine in Cookies These cookies are made with instant ground espresso powder, which adds delicious, strong coffee flavor as well as a generous amount of caffeine to the cookies. If you would prefer the cookies to not contain caffeine, please let me know in the notes of your order and I will use instant decaf coffee in place of the espresso powder!
