The BALMUDA toasts bread on both sides and does not dry it out, thanks to its steam technology. This versatile design has four modes—Sandwich Bread, Artisan Bread, Pizza/Bagel and Pastry—and you can apply butter, garlic or cheese before you place your bread into the BALMUDA. Using a small 1-tsp. cup (included), add a bit of water to each toasting session and follow the handy timer guide that is printed on the toaster’s top (3.5 minutes for English muffin or 5 minutes for a bagel), for the most perfectly toasted bread or pastry. The BALMUDA can also bring a day-old croissant or slightly dry bread back to life with its steaming technology.
