Have you ever been to Calvary? When they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified Him. 1 The question is not, “Have you ever been to the Holy Land?” Multitudes have traveled to the traditional site of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, but I wonder how many have understood its significance. Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us. 2 Calvary is where the heavy burden of sin drops off the guilty one’s back, providing eternal peace and rest. Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 3 Calvary is where the helpless and hopeless go to find great help and much hope.
