Are you content with where you are? We live fast lives, always racing to get things done before deadlines. Meanwhile we are all aware of our final deadline: death itself. Did you know that the Bible has a simple message about death? Summarized, the Bible says that though all humans are sinners, God loved us so much that He gave Himself, through His Son, to save us. This is the message of John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”What must we be saved from?From sin! Sin is our rebellion towards God; the God who created us. From birth we are unholy and unworthy of God because of our natural rebellion towards Him. Romans 3:23 states: “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” This verse is a short but concise summary of our human fallen nature. But what does sin lead to? The answer is found in Romans 6:23, where it says: “The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal
