My Testimony: "My Grace is Sufficient"

February 22, 2014I thought it was just a usual Saturday duty in the nursing home. But it wasn’t. I experienced right hand weakness and was unable to write in my patient’s chart. I made an excuse that I was just probably tired.The next day I noticed tremors on my right arm. I woke my husband up and shortly after he prayed, I started having slurred speech and very high blood pressure. So he called 911. They rushed me to MetroSouth Medical Center for a possible stroke. The C.T. scan revealed a brain tumor. Later, I was transported to Rush University Medical Center where I had M.R.I and other tests. Craniotomy for tumor resection was done on 2/26/2014. In all of this, I don’t remember asking God why.All I know is that I have an inner peace that no matter what happens, it’s all for His glory and His will for me and my family. I might have died on the operating table, leaving my husband with 2 kids in a christian school and 2 homeschooling kids. But I’m resting in God’s promises that He will
