Who Is Your Role Model? (KJV)

In this life, we idolize many famous people. Everyone has a favorite movie star, sports star, or singer. Because they are famous, we tend to put them up on a pedestal. We look to them to be mentors and role models. Unfortunately, there have been several cases in recent years where these people have gravely disappointed us. Their fall was very public and affected thousands of people. Why have they failed to be the role models we expected them to be? The fact is that they are human just like you and I. The Bible says in Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” All includes these famous people. Even the best of the best are subject to sin.Who then can we look towards to be a role model for us and our children? There is hope for tomorrow. There is a better way! “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me” (John 14:6).
