View Accessories Description The Track-It™ Vacuum/Temperature Data Logger with Display is a battery-powered, stand-alone, water-resistant compact data logger that records up to 130,000 samples. It can be configured to record vacuum and ambient temperature or pressure alone to maximize data storage space. Real-time data, alarms, and min/max information can be displayed on the multiline LCD. The unit is easily configured using the downloadable Track-It™ DataLogger Software. Configure the unit to start or stop recording immediately, at a predetermined time and date, or only when an alarm condition is sensed. The sample storage rate can be set from 10 samples per second up to 1 sample every 24 hours. The user can initiate the recording immediately, manually via the keypad buttons, at some future preset time, or on an alarm condition. With Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) connection, users can collect recorded data wirelessly using Track-It™ Transporter Android app (available free on Google Play) or a Windows® compatible PC. Note that the onboard data storage is non-volatile so data will not be lost in the event of a depleted battery. The Track-It™ Vacuum/Temp Data Logger with Display can be ordered in various ranges (see above). The logger is packaged in a rugged anodized aluminum and stainless-steel housing and has a standard ¼" NPT fitting.  Typical Uses Industrial Process Food Manufacturing Water Supply Line Hydrant Water Pressure Household Water Pressure Building Supply Municipalities HVAC Oil and Gas Petro Chemical Compressors Pumps Hydrostatic Testing Water and Wastewater Features Features Display live and min/max readings Record up to 10 samples per second High accuracy and precision, ASME Grade 3A Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) communication using Windows® compatible PC or Track-It™ Transporter Android App (free to download from Google Play) USB interface (cable included) Powerful interactive Track-It™ DataLogger Software package (free download) Rotate head and display 360 degrees, allows installation in any orientation Alarm setpoints and indicators User-definable engineering units Rugged design Ambient temperature range: –4 to 185 °F (-20 to 85 °C) Available Torr ranges: 0 to -380, 0 to -760, 760 to 0, and 760 to -760   150% overrange protection ¼” NPT male connection Lithium battery included Accurate internal clock (1 minute/year) NIST Traceable Certificate available Specifications Specifications* General: Record: Sample Rate User-configured 10 times per second up to 1 every 24 hours Record: No. of Samples 130,000 (dependent upon setup) Record Trigger Two independent triggersMultiple trigger modes: Instantaneous, button control, on alarm, time and date (start and stop), day of week Record Mode Fill to end of memory or cyclic, number of samples, time duration Display Two-line, 4½-digit 7-segment LCD and 4-digit alphanumeric display with custom icons, multi-segment bar graph for 0-100%indication, backlit Alarms 2 user-programmable alarms (High or Low) Communications Mini B USB Port or Bluetooth LE (if compatible) Software Track-It™ DataLogger Software—Program device, view data (historic or real-time), export to spreadsheet Battery Lithium 1/2AA 1.2AhLife: Up to 1 year typical @ 1 minute sample rate(LCD off and Bluetooth LE disabled) Enclosure Anodized Aluminum and 316L Stainless Steel Dimensions 2.94 in. diameter x 1.82 in. deep x 4.78 in. tall including port threads [74.6 mm x 46.3 mm x 121.4 mm] Record: Sample Rate User-configured 10 times per second up to 1 every 24 hours Record: No. of Samples 130,000 (dependent upon setup) Record Trigger Two independent triggersMultiple trigger modes: Instantaneous, button control, on alarm, time and date (start and stop), day of week Record Mode Fill to end of memory or cyclic, number of samples, time duration Display Two-line, 4½-digit 7-segment LCD and 4-digit alphanumeric display with custom icons, multi-segment bar graph for 0-100%indication, backlit Alarms 2 user-programmable alarms (High or Low) Communications Mini B USB Port or Bluetooth LE (if compatible) Software Track-It™ DataLogger Software—Program device, view data (historic or real-time), export to spreadsheet Battery Lithium 1/2AA 1.2AhLife: Up to 1 year typical @ 1 minute sample rate(LCD off and Bluetooth LE disabled) Measurement: Vacuum Ranges 0 to -380 Torr, 0 to -760 Torr, 760 to 0 Torr, 760 to -760 Torr    Accuracy ±0.25% FS    Resolution 0.01%    Overpressure Rating 1.5X max    Port Connection ¼″ NPT male vacuum up to 5800 PSI; ½″ NPT male for higher pressure ranges Temperature Range -20 °C  to +85 °C /-4 °F to 185 °F    Accuracy ± 1 °C 0 to 50 °C / 32 °F to 122 °F± 2 °C -20 to 85 °C / -4 °F to 185 °F    Resolution 0.1 °C / 0.2 °F *Specifications are subject to change without notice.
