Plum Pudding

British, and certainly delicious, our plum pudding was inspired by the Crochett Family of Charles Dicken’s Christmas Carol. You may recall Bob Crochett’s praise as the warm pudding, decorated with a spring of holly, was carried to the table! And we say to you, with Tiny Tim “God bless us, every one!” Now you may enjoy this truly delicious and very traditional Christmas dessert.
