Perhaps this most popular for 42 years – could be called “In Margaret’s Memory”, to immortalize our first benefactress in 1977, the year of our foundation. She gave us zucchini bread and the recipe. It has nuts and has been a super-seller in the past 4 decades. ~ 15 oz ~ CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI Its evolution to a chocolate version escapes my memory but it was great find!
