It includes four exceptional cheeses, two soft cheeses, and two hard. The boards are made with almonds, gluten and crackers with nuts & seeds. We do our best to keep clean and have no cross-contamination, but there is no guarantee.  The Difference is the amount on each board, more for the large and less fo
