A Seat at the Table

  I've been asked asked what inspires my work? Spirit inspires my work. A daily meditation with my fears and passion start conversations in my studio that turn into expressions, mine happens to be paint on canvas. Recently a gentleman wanted to understand the title of this piece.  This painting is an invitation, a seat, an ushering in, a space, a pause. A reminder to check in and ask your heart “how are you?” to hold space.
