Two Ships

 For the past 12 years we’ve lived down the street from this amazing view. Each morning when I check the surf I look to see if there is one ship or two ships in the bay. This is my favorite coffee at present. An incredible Ethiopian Mocca Yirgacheffe.Bright and vibrant on the tongue with a silky finish with subtle hints of green apple and brown sugar. Most roasters these days are afraid to take this bean a little darker like we do. My problem with light roast is that it sours in the cup so fast. I guess I’m just old school :) I think you’ll love it!
