155mm/6" Carbon Damascus Honesuki with Wenge, Corian, and Figured Walnut

Handmade 150mm/6" honesuki kitchen knife of carbon damascus steel forged from 15N20 and 1095 carbon alloys here in our shop. The "Wa" handle is comprised of  Figured Walnut featuring an African Wenge ferule and spacer of white Corian. The overall length is 295mm/11.75".  HRC 61. 4.5 oz.   Free sharpening for the life of the blade!
