Handmade 190mm/7.5" santoku of stainless damascus folded by Mike Norris of Kentucky, in a random pattern. This blade has a hidden tang in Amboyna Burl featuring a ferule of tri-color twist Mokume and a spacer of black G10. The flat sides of a round handle are extremely comfortable.
