Handmade 240mm/9.5" gyuto of stainless damascus folded by Damasteel in the Twist Pattern. This killer blade is handled in our locally sourced Walnut from Zack's farm in Charlottesville and fitted with a black G10 spacer and mokume ferule. The overall length is 381mm/15". 7.5 oz. HRC 62. The saya is also handmade in our shop of Birdseye Maple and Walnut with a pin of multicolored wood laminate. Free sharpening for the life of the blade!
