7.5"/191mm Damascus Chef's Knife with Buckeye Burl, Mokume and Copper

This knife was featured at the Damasteel Chef Invitational Fall 2021 show! Handmade 7.5"/191mm chef's knife of stainless damascus folded by Damasteel of Sweden.  This pattern is called Thor. The handle is of Buckeye burl featuring a mokume bolster, copper bolts and a saya of locally sourced Sycamore with a copper pin. The overall length is 12.5"/318mm. 6.5 oz. HRC 61.
