Handmade 8.5" chef's knife made of Damasteel RWL-34 stainless steel, the non patterned variety of alloy from Damasteel. This blade is handled in contoured Bocote featuring a G-10 spacer with brass bolster and pins. This is the profile of the classic Monolith chef's knife. The overall length is 13.25". 60-61 HRC. 8 oz. Free sharpening for the life of the blade!
