5" Stainless Damascus Charcuterie Knife and Board Set

Handmade 5" charcuterie knife of stainless damascus folded by Vegas Forge.  It features a beautiful handle of Hawaiian Koa, G-10 and Dyed Mango with brass bolster and pins. The set includes a small knife block made of African Wenge measuring 6" x 6"x 1". Together these make an excellent set for entertaining or just to keep handy for meats and cheeses. The overall length is 9.5". HRC 59-60.   Free sharpening for the life of the blade! Our knives are handmade at our shop in Charlottesville, VA.
