Nakiri – 7" Stainless Damascus Steel Blade, Bog Oak and White Oak Kumiko Handle

Nakiri This nakiri features a stainless Damascus steel forged by Damasteel in Sweden using their "Vinland" pattern. The handle is inspired by the traditions of Kumiko Japanese woodworking. It is made from a combination of bog oak and white oak, each piece is individually cut and fit into place. The pattern is set in a naturally pigmented resin and completed with a nickel silver ferrule.
