Our newest release, the Pecancho Bar, is finally here. This marks the beginning of a new series of filled bars from Monsoon and brings together our love of regional ingredients and our obsession with texture. Pecan praline is blended with dark milk chocolate, with dried ancho chile, and puffed amaranth folded in for a composition that is rich, salty sweet, and lightly spiced. A reflection of the flavors of Tucson and our approach to the craft.
