To be fulfilled October - December 2025. A quarter beef will be approximately 90 pounds of beef for a total cost of $970. A $200 deposit is required to order. Due to animal variability, the total take home weight will be variable and the final total can vary +/- $100. Note: if you are comparing and shopping around this is equivalent to a price of $5.50/lb on the hanging/carcass weight.
