Organic Ethiopia Ayla Bombe Natural

Tasting Notes: White Grape, Cantaloupe, CherryRoast:  Light Grown in the eastern highlands of Sidama, this coffee is sourced from a select group of producers and carefully processed for export by Testi Specialty Coffee – a company celebrated for their dedication, quality, innovation, and unique natural processing methods. This sun-dried natural lot was processed at the Ayla washing station in Bombe. Cherries, 80% perfectly ripe, 15% slightly underripe, and 5% overripe—were carefully sorted, floated to remove defects, and dried slowly on raised beds over 21 days in breezy, shaded conditions allowing for even drying and careful preservation of flavor.
