Witness to Change

This limited edition print was commissioned by the Clark Fork Coalition to celebrate the removal of the Milltown dam at the confluence of Western Montana’s Clark Fork and Blackfoot River-the largest Superfund project in the United States. The apparition of the dam creates a mysterious memory in the river corridor to suggest the history that is an important cultural element of this region. A river goddess watches over the transition.
