The Ethiopia Mother Station Washed is an expressive and flavorful coffee, full of dynamic floral notes and caramelized sweetness. We found the lighter registers to be a pleasant mosaic of flavor, with dynamic notes of jasmine and vanilla with a round body and clean finish. In darker registers, crème brûlée and golden raisin notes shine. This is a unique and interesting coffee that can be enjoyed in a myriad of ways. We recommend it as a silky, floral batch brew, or as a daring, sweet and charismatic shot of espresso.
