CLEAR Water-Slide Decal Sheet Paper Size 4.15" x 2.925" Instructions: Cut out Nail Decal with scissors. Dip the Nail Decal for 10-15 seconds. Slide the Nail Decal off of the white backing removing as much water as possible with a dry paper towel. Place Decal onto your nail in desired position. Seal it all in with a clear top coat or gel polish.
