Grindelia Tincture

1 oz. dropper bottle Grindelia is a wild medicinal plant that was utilized by Native Americans.  The scent of Grindelia while harvesting reminds me of a man's cologne, with notes of balsam. It always makes me take a deep inhalation and puts a smile on my face. (Just some anecdotal information.)  Grindelia is an aromatic expectorant, helping to dispel mucus and anti-spasmodic, used traditionally for the respiratory system for coughs, congestions, asthma and bronchitis. Useful during a cold or flu, for urinary tract infections and allergies.  Grindelia is also used topically for poison oak and other itchy skin conditions. It is featured in our Poison Oak Salve.
