Sweater Weather '25

Sweater Weather 2025 brings together two expressive origins—Gore Gesha, Ethiopia and Atitlán, Guatemala—crafted by the Omer Family and Christian Starry with a balance of carbonic maceration and washed processing. The Ethiopian component adds lifted fruit aromatics and lively structure, while the Atitlán washed lot grounds the cup with sweetness and warmth. This winter offering exemplifies our sourcing philosophy and our mission to keep doing great work with great people to bring you a better experience with coffee every year.   The cup opens with tart cranberry and soft dried fig, followed by a warm, pastry-like sweetness reminiscent of orange roll. Bright, comforting, and endlessly drinkable, Sweater Weather 2025 is built for crisp mornings, slow routines, and everything you love about fall.
