Seat Configuration Bucket Features Base uses weight and pressure of the seat and the mechanical counter balance of the base design to secure it under the seat. We recommend fastening the base using the four (4) holes located on the base and drilling into the vehicle floor for extra security rather than using the seat bolts. One (1) Offset Universal Mounting Step (DS-STEP) included with vehicle base. Additional Offset Universal Mounting Steps can be ordered to stack on top of each other if needed. Offset Universal Mounting Step should be pointed towards the passenger seat to move the mounting system away from the dash.
