These pickups sound like they're active, even though they aren't. No coils of wire make them the lightest pickups out there as well, if you're trying to reduce weight. They make 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 versions. Which are these you may ask? We're asking the same question. They aren't marked on the pickups or packaging.
