Hill Street Paved Pump Track

Wohoo! The Frederick Watershed team secured a grant from the State Highway Administrations Recreational Trails Program for a paved pump track as part of the larger Hill Street Park revitalization.  Paved pump tracks require very little maintenance and provide a unique experience to many types of users. This location has been selected for its proximity to a large and growing neighborhood, but it will be among the first of its kind in the state so it will serve as a destination for more experience riders as well. Construction will be funded through $150,000 of state provided grant funds with a $41,250 match requirement. We hope to begin construction in 2024.
