Lace Bloomers

2025 Update: Remaining stock of Short and Long Natural Bloomers may have sprung waistband elastic or some yellowing/ spots (laundering with stain remover or bleach will remove them). Lace bloomers are made from 100% cotton woven in India. Cut smooth but full through hips and thigh, pleated to a permanent cuff, trimmed in 2 rows of lace. A drawstring is run through the cuff for a dainty bow and extra cinching if needed. Elastic waist.
