 SPICY Ginger Tea Ice Cream, Black Pepper Candied Ginger ________________________________________________________________________________ Ginger Milk Tea is a staple of traditional coffee shops in Singapore, a mix of Black Tea, Ginger and Condensed milk is poured from cup to cup to give it a frothy texture.  We have created a spicy version of this classic beverage with Ginger Tea Ice Cream loaded with Spicy Black Pepper Candied Ginger.  A super refreshing treat! ________________________________________________________________________________ Moo: A spicy flavour deserves a spicy mascot, therefore Terry was birthed from the depths of my mind. He's seen laying seductively on the top of a coffee shop table, where Teh Halia is commonly served! In Singapore, tissue packets are used to chope (ch-owp, reserve or secure) tables and seats at hawker centres or coffee shops.
