Thus, each of her pieces is hand-done and finished to look handcrafted: hand cut, shaped, hammered, and polished. She is also greatly influenced by the Japanese aesthetic of “wabi-sabi” - the beauty of imperfection and naturalness. Every piece is handcrafted in her Honolulu studio.
