Spicy Enchilada Bowl

All of the things you love about an enchilada in a bowl! We start with an herby cilantro sauce mixed into fluffy quinoa and protein-packed ancient grain, kamut. Our spicy ancho-chipotle sauce is simmered to perfection and tossed with tempeh crumbles. We top the bowl with pickled cabbage and onions, black beans, corn and our "guacamole", made with fresh peas.
