The bed net is made from 256 holes per square inch white polyester mosquito netting and is hung by a screw-in hook. The net is supported by 8 foldable struts made from yellow groove bamboo. These struts measure just over 13 inches in length and fold out to a diameter of 26 inches, creating a wide space underneath the top of the net. The net itself measures 26 inches in diameter at the top of the net, 98 inches in height, and has a base circumference of 41 feet. The net and struts weigh a mere 1.4 lbs and pack into waterproof drawstring bag that measures 21 inches by 16 inches x 21 inches. The Mykonos net also comes with a moisture-resistant slip for the bamboo struts.
