REACTIVE MANAGEMENT: You tell us what you need and we'll ONLY action based off of your request (vs. our core service of "predicting" your store/ongoing needs). This service is modeled off of Fancy Hands, which offers you the ability to submit tasks that take ~20-30 minutes for us to complete. This service is for people who just need help sometimes but want to primarily manage their own online stores.  I'm here to be your Shopify support assistant! I'm not a developer, but I've used Shopify (including Plus) since 2016 and can do anything that doesn't involve custom development.
