After harvest, cherries were rested for 4 days, pulped, and dried on raised beds to develop a syrupy sweetness and layered character. Expect a clean, balanced cup with tea, rich fruits, and a smooth sweet-like finish—a reflection of careful processing and innovative farming at origin.
