Learn-to-Crochet Basics

Take your first step in your crochet journey by attending this class at Mother of Purl.  In this class you'll master the basic stitches and learn to interpret crochet diagrams.  Interspersed will be information on yarns and weights, gauge, fiber choices and other wisdom from an experienced crocheter.  This will be a hands-on class where you'll begin, and hopefully complete, small projects to take home.  There will be some homework between classes. Dates/Time:Friday evenings, Jan 24 & 31 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Duration:2 classes, each class is 2 hours Skills Learned:Learn about yarn, hooks, reading stitches, chaining, turning your work, single crochet and double crochet.  You’ll leave this class with experience and confidence to take on simple crochet projects.
