Sodalite is a group of minerals also known as the feldspathoid group. Sodalite is primarily blue but can be found as white, yellow, red, and green. Members of this mineral group include Lazurite, Haüyne, and Nosean.  Sodalite is known to benefit the Third Eye & Throat Chakras. Sodalite may support health blood pressure & hydration, aid in insight & understanding of emotional issues, promote mental acuity and wider psychic awareness, among other things.
