Here, smallholder farmers grow a mix of Bourbon, Typica, Marsellesa, Oro Azteca, Márago, Caturra, and Peñasco varietals at elevations between 1,300 and 1,600 MASL. Coffees are fully washed and dried on patios or raised beds, producing a clean, sweet, and balanced cup.
