PA53MET-3D W/ ANALYSIS PRO SOFTWARE PACKAGE

The PA53MET-3D Profiler is a modular high-end Materials microscope. It is capable of a fully motorized Z-axis, XY Stage and Objective Nosepiece. These features can be controlled via the software or through an ergonomic joystick and table-top focus stand. Motic’s Analysis Software adds highly accurate measurements in x,y, and z planes at submicron levels. Extended Depth of Field and brilliant 3D Image tools are included with this microscope and software package. It is available in Brightfield, Darkdield, Polarization and DIC contrast methods.
