PA53MET-BD-3D W/ ANALYSIS PRO SOFTWARE PACKAGE

The PA53MET-BD-3D Profiler is a modular high-end Materials microscope, capable of fully motorized Z-axis, stage, and turret control. It is available in Brightfield, Darkfield, and Polarized Light variations, and also comes with a transmitted light option. Brightfield, Darkfield, Polarization and DIC Contrast Methods uncover defects not otherwise seen in one lighting method alone. Reflected Light and Transmitted Light can be used simultaneously for unique samples when needed. It can be controlled via the software or through an ergonomic joystick and table-top focus stand. Motic’s Analysis Software adds highly accurate measurements in x,y, and z planes at submicron levels.
