Mark GreaneyMark Greaney (born 1968) is an American novelist, best known as Tom Clancy's collaborator on his final three books, and for continuing the Jack Ryan character and "Tom Clancy Universe" following Clancy's death. He is son of Ed Greaney, a presence at WMC-TV Memphis for over 50 years and the namesake for the station's current newsroom. Mark continues to reside in Memphis, Tennessee along with his family. Mark Greaney made the transition to becoming a full-time writer after the success of his first Gray Man novel, and confirming the sale of its sequels to his publisher in 2009.
