The A-7P was based on the earlier A-7E model but was specifically designed to meet the requirements of the Greek air force. It was powered by a single Pratt & Whitney TF30 turbofan engine and had a maximum speed of over 600 mph. The A-7P was armed with a variety of air-to-ground weapons, including bombs, rockets, and missiles, and was equipped with a state-of-the-art avionics suite that provided advanced navigation, targeting, and communication capabilities.
