Smooth convex oval aluminum oil tank for Harley-Davidson Softails 1999 and under, stock replacement,  holds 3 quarts of oil. CNC machined sides create a perfect convex mirror when polished. 1/4NPT bungs.  Fits oil caps from 1999 and under stock Harley-Davidson Softails. integrated battery box. Comes brush finished. Tank shown in picture is for custom applications and with optional bright finish polish.   This beautiful hand crafted  aircraft aluminum oval oil tank features custom CNC machined side plates and a battery box.   Technical specifications:Tank width: 12.25" Tank diameter: 5" Inlet/Outlet group location:  35 degrees up from lowest point.  When the tank is installed on the bike, starting from the throttle side the bung sequence is Feed, Vent, Return.  The Drain bung is at 0 degrees and is the bung closest to the rear of the bike.
