White Bleach Powder

USE: in a non-metallic bowl, mix the bleaching powder with the protective oxidizing emulsion at 40-30-20 volumes. The mixing ratio can vary from a minimum of 1:1 to a maximum of 1:2, depending on the technique used and the desired result. Apply the mix to natural or colored hair. LEAVE-IN TIME: leave until the desired lightening level has been obtained based on the starting tone. At the end of the leave-in time, rinse carefully to remove the product, and wash the hair with post color shampoo to remove all the alkaline residue.
