The Koji Rye is a rye whiskey inspired by saki. It's a limited run for us. The maple syrup pairs beautifully for this crisp and unique flavor.  Good things come to those who wait.  We've partnered with a small craft distillery located just outside of Chicago to combine two passions:  Organic pure maple syrup and fine spirits.  As the maple syrup rests in previously used charred oak barrels it mingles with the spirit that once resided within.
