HO Penn Central Lot 150-G Gondola Decals

This set was produced to introduce a more comprehensive set for these classes, which hadn't been done by previous manufacturers.The Penn Central Lot 150-G Gondolas were rebuilt from multiple classes of former NYC Gondolas in 1968. These former NYC cars were rebuilt in the Ex-NYC Despatch and Beech Grove Shops into this class to have a 52’6” length, Steel Floor and uniquely designed fixed ends. The car series was PC 557000-552799, for a total of 300 cars.The Lot 150-G Gondola Class did last into the Conrail era, however research has shown that the cars were retired after expiring their service life.This sheet has enough data to do 1 car. The Lot 150-G Gondola Class was produced as a kit by the National Car Cast Company, of Canada. They occasionally show up on Ebay. Artwork is shown in black for clarification purposes. Actual decals are white for applying to a green colored car.
