The Presidential Range (1)

Almost the entire array of Presidential peaks is seen in this dramatic view. Mount Clinton (Pierce) is off-camera far to the left, but part of Mount Pleasant (Eisenhower) can be seen, and the ridgeline leading up to Mount Franklin and Mount Monroe, with neighboring Oakes Gulf and of course Mount Washington. In the left distance, Mounts Clay, Jefferson, Adams, and Madison all present themselves; some of the rugged, slide-scarred ravines of the western slopes also can be seen.
