GA35 Doubler Drill Template

This is a 3D printed jig designed to assist in drilling and mounting a Garmin GA35 antenna. It is similar to the Garmin TSO part 115-00846-10. This tool is intended for experimental aircraft builders who may fabricate their own components. To use: Print out the template and trace the doubler from an aluminum sheet. Tape the template to the doubler and place it on the top skin. Drill through the template, doubler, and skin, adding clecos with each hole. Remove and dimple the skin and doubler. Drill and install K1000-08D nutplates in the doubler only. Backrivet the doubler to the skin. (Note: The updated jig is slightly different from the installation shown in the photos.)
